There is too much conflict of interest when representing both tenants and property owners so we choose to only represent companies looking for office space anywhere in the world, such as Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, New York, Denver, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, Mexico, London, Bangalore, Delhi, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

No Charge!

There is no charge for our services in helping you locate the right office space. The landlord's listing agent usually has a contract from the owner to pay the listing agent a commission when a tenant and buyer is identified.
